Panther

scathing panther 
amidst the lime brush
onyx he stands

black shade betrays
soft stunning silence 
yellow eyes stare

eyes yellow jewels
a secret hunter
hungry to feasts
 
alert purring deep 
as he watches red tail hawk
before chaos
