Painting Raindrops

I am trying to paint a 
                                                raindrop in the sky...
                                             Tossing colors up free
                                               before they pass by...
                                          Then watching them splash
                                       on the floor all around my feet...
                                        And in a bright colored puddle
                                           my raindrop was complete...

Gwendolen Song February 22, 2012 at 12:00 PM Michael~ My daughter is an artist an is working on a mixed media water color...This poem reminds me of her as she tries to come up with cool color combinations which in my artistic eye are always masterpieces. The raindrop you portrayed in this poem is also a masterpiece!! I think you should try and reformat this poem as a SHAPE POEM in the shape of a raindrop....let me know what ya think..it'd look really cool in your next book....wink wink.....

I can imagine, you painting raindrops that look like teddybears~ lol~ fluffy and cute. Instead of splashing they land in our arms to hug, on them lonely and sad days. Paint me a purple and silver raindrop. They are Nathan's favorite color's. About that colored puddled, make it all the colors in a skittles bag. You See! My imagination, don't stop or is it my mouth, Gosh! Poor Nathan, makes me wonder~ always.pd
