Dear Carol: Thank you. Yes, I can relate to the intensed pain of a twisted spinal nerve on my lower back when I over stretched when I was handing a tea cup to a visitor at home. Now walking like a robot after acupuncture treatment. And the pain is much more than words can say! Leon
