With the wisdom of your power animal It is time to face the shadows Be fearless without nocturnal fears Seek wisdom in silence, as your totem, owl Your truth is parading in the dark. To reach your highest self You will become an owl Wisely soaring past the highest trees Opening doorways to higher realms

The Owl, symbolizes wisdom, knowledge, & contemplation for centuries. Represents the spirit world & carries messages from it to ours. The owl is also related to death –depicted in its association with witches and warlocks. I often mistake them for eagles at the dog park!

I have never seen one in the wild, but my best friend sees them and sometimes they swoop down and almost touch her! I have heard them though- there is no mistaking their hoot.

I know not of these power animals, but I do believe we can be raised above earthly understanding. We can evolve our consciousness to higher levels. Thanks for the thoughts you share with us Caren. It's been awhile since I've been very active here, and glad to be back my friend. Bill
