My bank account is sorely tried
Seems I have overspent on funs,
I must learn to swallow my pride
My bank account is sorely tried!
I’ve found it hard to put aside
Now I am getting lots of duns,
My bank account is sorely tried
Seems I have overspent on funs.

Especially when you go grocery shopping. I bring a list but soon that list has a few things bought that weren't on it, lol. Have a great weekend my friend hard to stay away from poetry even sick. I do not shop, period, except for the grocery store. Most of my clothes are old, but still very serviceable. I bought a new pair of sandals on a vacation trip early this year and was shocked at how much they cost. I have no concept of the cost of things these days...except groceries.
