OVER THE RAINBOW

The sight of a rainbow is so uplifting -   the elusive pot of gold is the sun waiting to peep through the clouds. Quote by Poet.

A kaleidoscope of colour arcs the sky
Such beauty always makes me cry
I must wipe a small tear from my eye

This is so beautiful dear jan, i love the first line the most, and also how you’ve written that such beauty makes you cry. Sometimes when i see beauty of nature i think of all the little reasons why i should appreciate and be grateful in life. I remembered a rainbow that dressed the skyline last year as i read this, the day someone in my family passed away. It was like a sign from above… a very stunning poem.
