Notes About The Poem

Out of the Mouth of Babes

Mummy mummy, I’ve just overheard daddy say something so silly He was shouting on the phone at our Uncle Billy I’m sure he told Billy to ‘shut the duck up’ Daddy must be confused... Billy’s got a new pup! 12/13/18

Hi Jan, I found this to be adorable and funny at the same time. Children are listening all the time so we must be careful what we say:-) Alexis

I learned early that children are sponges. They soak it in and it comes out when you least expect it. Lol. Great remind to watch what we say.
