Our World In Pink

Our World in Pink
(re-write)

Did you ever stop and think
about waking to a world in pink?
 Nature’s colors make us aware,
there’s a serious lack of pink out there.
When earth was created, and chose it’s décor,
it was shades of pink they chose to ignore.
From pastels to hot tones it’s always in style,
we could all use a touch of pink once and awhile!
If humanity lived in a pinkish hue
the world might take on a more positive view.
If earth was re-sketched in indelible ink,
it should begin and end with a splash of “pink“.
