Our Cries
A baby is able of expressing
her needs, not by talking but through her cry
to state her needs to fulfil, expression
made by her, Mom understands baby's cry.
Difference in baby's different cries
only Mom can feel; knows high pitched wailing
cry of baby is for hunger, she tries
to bring comfort and food without saying.
When we pray, God at times remain silent;
that does not mean HE hasn't heard, like Mom, tries
to bring peace, comfort to our minds; HE's quiet
but in control to bring smiles in our eyes.
Just because HE seems silent, doesn't imply
one should stop praying; know unless baby cries
Mom doesn't bring food for her, same rule apply
pray from heart to get HIS Blessing, that's prize.
Our cries for support HE hears through the prayer.
HE's silent but at right time answers prayer.

Heroic Sonnet
The Heroic Sonnet departs from the quatorzain and stretches
the verse for eighteen lines which could put into question
whether or not it is a true sonnet.
This longer sonnet form dates back to 16th century England.
The Heroic Sonnet is:
-Metric, iambic pentameter.
-A poem in 18 lines made up of 4 alternate rhymed quatrains
and ending with a rhymed heroic couplet.
-Rhymed, rhyme scheme abab cdcd efef ghgh ii
-Composed without designated arrival of the pivot,
but the poem is summarized and concluded by the ending couplet.
