Our Divine Mission
To love God* above all is our mission
That’s to esteem Him with pure heart’s passion
Seeking Him ceaselessly through His direction
Yielding our lives to Him along joyful dedication.
To fear the Lord with reverence is truly vital
We do so for wisdom-gaining, spiritually fundamental
To keep us from sin that’s perilous and fatal
Bringing us to His blessings in their grand total.
To trust God’s Word is principle we cherish
As our faith stands midst philosophies that easily perish
Upheld by His truth mere opinions can’t tarnish
In Christ’s confidence He does readily furnish.
To stay in His will always is what we must remember
For that’s the best choice we have as saved by our Redeemer
We’ll abide in Him, by His mercy, quitting never
Blooming where He planted us in His grace and power.
To flee from worldly influences is our firm conviction daily
Overcoming pride, flesh and vanity’s temptation earnestly
As we walk through the Holy Spirit’s might diligently
While in His fellowship we bring our petitions sincerely.
To follow godly instruction is our commitment
Obeying His commands gives us sense of fulfillment
Reaching His standards sets our heavenly attainment
Pleasing Him in our soulwinning assignment.
To serve God, working with joy is surely exciting
While depending fully on His presence that’s uplifting
We strive to be His stewards, humble for His instructing
Since labouring for Him is a great privilege worth appreciating.
*Matthew 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
