Thanks, Michelle! They are awesome to watch in flight, thus the reverence implied in my poem. I saw my first at Yellowstone several years ago.

Oh I LOVE this! A fave :)))) a friend just shared with me on FB a video of an osprey circling over a crowned beach with a shark in it's talons, the optics are incredible, it looks HUGE with the undeniable shark silhouette. xomo

Thank you, my friend. I first saw an Osprey whilst visiting Yellowstone National Park in the 90's. Majestic birds, on par with eagles in my estimation.
