Oracles

Tell me if you can, who has the holy oracles? What house does the divine words dwell in? Step forward if you are in possession of the sacred, living words of God Reveal unto us the oracles, what the holy pronouncements of God have to say Speak now, as one who has the counsel of God, to instruct, to teach ... to show the hidden way He who dwells in the thick darkness, where none can approach unto Him His will, He makes known through His oracles; but if you do not possess them, how in the world will you ever know what God says to be so? Give veneration to the holy oracles, offer reverence to the living words of God He who holds the reins to the soul, has spoken yet again Pray that you are given possession of the holy oracles, to have the sacred words of God now dwell within We know that the Word of God comes in a book, but a book is still just a book, nevertheless The lively oracles of God dwells in the living, in those to whom He has given breath Pray that you are given possession, to have the holy oracles dwell in you Seeing all things through the Spirit of God, you rejoice for the next soul, whom the holy oracles will be given to

Ah what an inspiring Thesis my dear Freddie. One can easily marvel the depth of your poem. It is difficult to analyse your thesis in such a short space however what I have to say is that we all are in possession of the truth but few are those who can unearth it and bring it to the light and those are called prophet. Prophet is a Greek word and means " The one who foretells" what God wishes us to know! Marvelous poem. A seven.

A very interesting perspective. For me I speak to Jesus and He has proven His wisdom to me time and time again.

Philo called the Logos "word" The first-born of God. Logic and os=open. And Lexis are from the same verb Lego, meaning "Tell" "To count". Philo also wrote that the Logos of the living God is the bond of everything, holding all things together and binding all the parts, and prevents them from being dissolved and separated. Philo-20BC-50AD. Interesting read. He does go on but I'm running out of space. Great write RW.
