OPEN HEART
Finally, after so much
Interaction
Your doors flew open
Inviting my passion
...I skipped...to my lou
No thought or idea
On who to be
Or what to do
I was me
And you were YOU
.......for the first time.....ever!
I saw your desire
And it was good
I heard your voice
Soft to the touch
You caressed my scars
I smiled
Words...that's all we had...plain, speaking
WORDS
No one else, could, or would hear
Instead, they judged
With dirty minds
And working hands
Trying to get me out
Out of your heart
Out of your mouth
Out of your presence
....just GO...they shouted!!!
Til I was no more
A shell left the space
You inhabited
No one to erase
Those words
The ones that took
All you caused to erupt
From within...now out
I felt your breath
And you felt mine
Now you are gone
And all I have is time
....trying to recover, from knowing LOVE
