Only--God Can
We all someone know
who likes to boast, brag and crow
about all the wonders
they can do!
I know I've heard a few
of the horns in my days
toot they could walk on water too!!!
It seems to me that credibility
is best when seen with ones eyes-
If you want to convince me
quite easily and simply-
here's a few things to try!-
As the sun starts to rise
stop the rooster from crowing-
put a muzzle on the wind
and stop the breezes from blowing!
Take the moon of the night
and swap it for the sun-
let the rains fall and drench the earth
not wetting anyone!
Tell a mountain
"Boldly lift yourself,
go jump into the sea!"
Stop the stars at night from twinkling-
convince me one and one are three!
Let lightning flash without a light,
thunder clap and not make a sound-
let night be day and day be night,
make everything square look round!
Take away the flight of birds with wings
and remove the wet from water-
make the desert become a sea so deep-
keep teeter.... get rid of totter!
Take the spots off a leopard
RIGHT NOW!!!
and change them all to plaid-
flip a pyramid over on to it's point-
make everything good turn bad!
Now if you can do any one of these
YES!--Believe it is quite the test-
"THEN DON'T BOAST AND CROW
ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU KNOW
FOR YOUR PROOF RIGHT NOW HERE
..........I REQUEST!!!"
For as you can see
the truth is quite clearly
that this is impossible for man!
Any and everything
that's possible in life
is simply because...
"Only--GOD Can!"
