Reach to go the extra long mile. It takes so much effort with trials. On some days Satan tries to beguile Quick! simplify your class. As aging problems increase pains. Going the extra mile remains Causing friction once more again Complaints_ those spats amass. As the end of life here, slows down. Live life's joy, wear the old age's crown. Everyday move forward, don't drown. Extra miles_ pearls not glass!

Lovely, Sara. Pic included. Congratulations on your win and I love your old age crown. I've started walking with my signature walking stick. It was the trunk of a baby redbud tree that didn't make it in our slate fields.

Sorry to hear that your redbud tree did not make it, I bought one several years ago and it is not looking well for some reason. Anne-Lise, Well, I am no longer able to walk like I once did so I don't do much of it anymore. It is good that you can, and keep it. I think keeping as active as possible is a bonus for a healthy life. Your visits always add a different perspective. Sara
