Drip, drip drop plop, plop drip drop plops the rain on the pond with a drop, drop. Then as fast as it came stop, drops stop no more drip drop the rain hit a stop plop.

Such a fun and playful rhythm, Miranda! It captures the sound and sudden stillness of rain perfectly—like a little musical moment in poem form. Loved the “stop plop” ending!
