On Meeting a 'swamp Creature'

Have you ever met a creature of the swamp the kind that makes his home in the DC bureaucracy I hear there are hundreds of thousands of them I shop at Macy's, so why haven't I met one Perhaps I should visit them at home, I've thought but getting soaking wet, I'd have to remove my ascot (Perish the thought!) O, what's the use? I just can't find this alleged 'swamp creature' I'm off to see 'Alligators & Crocodiles' at the Bijoux ~ today's double feature
