On a passing cloud there floats a dream You and I will meet, down by the stream Holding hands, sweet kisses in a sunbeam Our hearts will beat as one, now a team On a passing cloud there floats a dream Across clear blue skies, it will surely seem There is nothing but us, in a special day There is everything sweet, coming our way On a passing cloud there floats a dream Just like the sparkle of your eye’s gleam Smiles and laughter with what we share, Will be embraced by how deeply we care Float with me on this soft cloud to see The beautiful places we are meant to be Our dream is waiting, ready to come true Down by the stream, that passes on through Heidi Sands 8/30/18 Placed 2nd in the One in Five (2) contest. Hello Heidi, i had surgery done on my big toe. This is why I have not been on the computer. As for your poem- my dreams are on the passing clouds. One day my passing cloud will happen. Have a nice evening my friend.
