Family-Sized Cheese Omelet | Cook's Illustrated

*French spelling: Omelette, which Americans just spell as Omelet One thing I love uses Olive oil - heated - and Only eggs then stirred in. Of course, I add in cheese, Onions, bacon, peppers Or mushrooms. I fold it Over when golden. YUM! April 5, 2021 for Kim Merryman's Pleiades O Poetry Contest

Last time she stopped doing her pleiades contests, she was up to almost O, so I went and prepared my O poem on ONIONS. When she just stopped the contests abruptly, some other judge came up with a pleiades contest and I used Onions for THAT contest. I have been focusing on all foods, thinking one day it might make a cool book to show pleiades poems with food illustrations. Maybe just a pipe dream! Can you guess what my P will be?

Always go to work on an egg, it goes a long way, some people only use the egg whites, not for me, the yolk is the best part, gives it color and the flavor, I’m starving now
