you are a compass for your leading mercy with no rancor for the wrongs they do
you show up at the door of people without hope and give them saving grace
you know each one by name each soul by memory your story is always true;

you are a seedling in the ground, a flower that gives birth to truest colors of the earth
you clothe the destitute and bathe the lepers skin with spiknard- joy and fervency
you kiss the sun, it ripples out pure light you kiss the moon, it gives a dreamer flight

you are an anchor to my ship a bookmark to my middle story, my diadem of light
you are the angel on my shoulder my wedding band of gold my wingly sweet enfold
you are all that is good in this world, everything I wish to become ...
