Off To Mars

Like a scene from "Star Trek" our ships head off to Mars We are moving rapidly towards our goal The mission may not succeed However - we remain optimistic Our ships move on the wavelengths set by the solar clock Are you ready to begin the journey? Our eyes know when they should be opened If you wish you can make it through the day Without fear of dangerous asteroids or equally dangerous solar winds which blow eternally in the dark, black VOID

My first thoughts were; can't be any more scary than our "journey through this world" and i saw Andrea had a similar view ( ha ha) i wish i could go back to the days when we used to consider all the possibilitys that awaited us..! now it seems the dead end) has been built first..!

It's kind of cool and scary that this could be our race one day! We might welcome a black void after what we finish doing to the earth! Nice seeing a new poem today from you. Luv, Andrea
