Odd Dancer
Young lady, you have danced quite well for me.
It was amazing how your body moves.
You have the attributes of your mother.
What a fine example of style and grace!
All your mother’s beauty is in your face.
I have many more years of life than you.
You made me wish to be a younger man.
Everyone in the audience loves you.
I wish to keep the promise I have made.
You can have all the riches you demand.
However, you come and ask me for this?
I find your request difficult to grant.
Why do you want me to take this man’s life?
Why do you want his head on a platter?
Unusual it is, but you have it!
