October Reflections

October drifts on Autumn's breeze.
Russet leaves adorn maple trees.
Month of lovely weather 
when we are together,
carving scary pumpkins... Oh, geeze!

This beautiful poem has a surprise ending, "oh, geez". I love when a poem is 'Amercanized'. Why not? It's current language. You've broadened my horizon.
