Oblivion Calls

Succumbing to the allure of lust, she sought seduction through betrayal. And acquiesced to her base desires; in love's realistic portrayal. Sowed deep within her flirtatious heart, infidelity's seed got planted. And nurtured by hope's expectations: happiness: was taken for granted. Shunned by all, in an uncaring world, her reality: overrode theirs. And with too many sins to forgive, just gave up on God and her prayers. A victim of her low self-esteem, she's cried enough tears to fill oceans. Thinking that only death can provide sanctuary from her emotions. Oblivion calls compellingly; from the fragmented fringes of pain. And beset by thoughts of suicide, she questions if she's going insane.

True, it's victims of low self esteem who are easily lured and suffer much in this uncaring world. Loved this write. #7....
