O Solo Meow

Screaming cat, what's up with you?
Seated on my fence at a quarter of two
The night is short, the hour's deep
Leave me be to enjoy my sleep
Oh what I wouldn't give for a shoe!

Love this poem Milt. Have a stray that insists it is my cat and I can't get rid of it. I finally took to throwing water on it and it has calmed down a lot but still there. God Bless and thanks for your coment on my poem, Cile

When I hear cats making noises in the night, they are not solo. They are always challenging each other to a fight usually for an available female cat. I can't stand those noises myself. This is a good poem to describe them.
