O Solo Meow

Screaming cat, what's up with you?
Seated on my fence at a quarter of two
The night is short, the hour's deep
Leave me be to enjoy my sleep
Oh what I wouldn't give for a shoe!

Robert Pettit Date: 1/13/2012 5:12:00 PM When I hear cats making noises in the night, they are not solo. They are always challenging each other to a fight usually for an available female cat. I can't stand those noises myself. This is a good poem to describe them. Login to Reply
