Nuptial Prayers

I gaze upon the lovely face Of my adored and loving bride. So happy she is by my side I pray the love we have now stays. As we start on our life-long race, Please Lord, be with us as our guide. And teach us always to abide In love and honor and true grace. May we live our lives undaunted, My love for him forever grow. Let us not take love for granted As the next years come and go. May he know he is still wanted. Remind me Lord to tell him so. Placed 8th Italian Sonnet Contest ( For The Rambling Poet's Contest.)
