I made picture of this dog that showed up at Doris' house then came down to mine..

She has the number seventy-five  on both sides in some kind of dark markings..

The site won't let me load my picture onto here..

Does anyone have any idea why a dog would have a number on them permanently marked or at least marked to last for days?
