Notes About The Poem

November Ninette Poetry Contest, Sponsor - Andrea Dietrich. Date: 11/12/2023

November's Fury

           hum
         of wind
    turns to growl
     as November
 closes out Autumn.
     white pelicans
     migrate south.
          winter
           nigh

Edward, congratulations on your win in the contest. I loved very much your ninette. I like the way you describe the wind, but especially the migration of the white pelicans looking for the bright days. Stunning!
