Nothing To Say

What do I say when I have nothing to say?
Do I say this or do I say that or do I say nay or do I Say naught?
Do I speak real loud or real low?
Do I speak fluently or keep the flow?
Do I yell or do I scream?
Should I stand and daydream?
What is your opinion?
What is mine?
Am I getting out of line?
Do I call or should I text?
Is this conversation too perplexed?
What is up and what is down?
Am I even making a sound?
What is in the words I say?
Is the time night or day?
Do you know which way to go?
Am I talking way too slow?
What is the meaning of a word?
Am I sounding too absurd?
Have you even heard my call?
Do you even care at all?
Do you wish to Be my friend?
Will this discussion ever end?
I could go on and on.
Perhaps I’ll just write a song.
If I do will you sing along?
I should go for now I guess,
I must go and clean my desk.
