Not Quite
suspect something is not quite right
when the news come it’s still a shock
people’s lives turned topsy turvy
attacked in their prime of youth
time comes to face disease
no one can ever be ready
what’s to become of us they say
priorities needing to change
a clean slate every day
in fact an opportunity to
nurture found serenity
value beauty rediscovered
look back and tie loose ends
