Nostolgic Childhood
I remember,
blowing bubbles into the air;
rolling in leaves in September,
oh, I had not a care !
In the sunshine bubbles would float and drift
until a gentle breeze would make them shift !
I liked to watch frogs in the pond,
feed ducks while bubbles went up and beyond !
Bubbles, bubbles,
some are purple and some are white;
in those days I had no troubles,
bubbles were my delight !
I had tea time for dolls and teddy bears,
of the sadness I was still unawares !
Bubbles bigger and big,
blew bubbles for my cat Thingamajig !
