Normalcy Is Non-Existent
We want the things we believe to be out there,
Things that exist for others and not for ourselves.
Well they aren’t and they don’t.
We spend our time wanting to be “normal,”
Yet, the more time one spends trying to achieve normalcy,
The less like oneself one becomes.
You are no longer you when your pursuit is for normalcy.
Then, you are simply an image of what everyone else is,
What everyone else wants.
You are you for a reason.
Normal, it does not exist.
