Noise
The days I cannot stand
Noise
So much noise
Inside my head
Paralyzing
Immobilizing
Attacking relentlessly
Emotions
So many emotions
I know it can’t all be me
But the sun sets
And ends the riots
People sleep
The world quiets
Peace
Soothing peace
Especially at 1 am
Five hours later comes 6
And it starts all over again
