Noise

The days I cannot stand Noise So much noise Inside my head Paralyzing Immobilizing Attacking relentlessly Emotions So many emotions I know it can’t all be me But the sun sets And ends the riots People sleep The world quiets Peace Soothing peace Especially at 1 am Five hours later comes 6 And it starts all over again

I feel like I can relate to this. I have gone through spans of time when my focus was solely on silencing those noises especially when they prevented me from sleeping I hope you are able to harness them. well written and thought-provoking
