Oh how sweet thy fragrance is from thy hair I'm captivated by your every move In your presence, I cannot help but stare Your porcelain skin so tenderly smooth With eyes that shine like diamonds in the night As they seductively scan through the room Poised you stood, like an angel shedding light In a garden of weeds, I watched you bloom I asked you your name but got no reply My nerves feeling shaky, what could I do? Your beauty had thrown me, I had to try Out of my league, but I still needed you To take a chance on this future romance But alas, she gave me no second glance

Such a beautiful sonnet. All that glitters is not gold however WW, how rude of her not to answer you!! You need to find the girl with the beautiful heart and then her beauty will shine on you!

Obviously stereotyping:) I like this sonnet because it's true to life. Great sonnet, WW

You don't have to pluck the flower to enjoy its beauty or its aroma. A very well written sonnet.

But it's the "plucking" that makes life fun!!! Haha. So true, Lin /|\

A fine sonnet for me to find and enjoy reading this morn. Alas! As a --young man-- there was a few dozen beauties that cared not to give me even a second glance. Thus, I cast my net elsewhere and was rewarded with other beauties--as women are beautifully and heavenly creatures! A blessing unto man.. A FAV..

Unfortunately not every bloom will land in your hand. Nevertheless to experience the beauty and the heart. Lovely, White Wolf! Love the pic as well, my friend!
