No Rising Without a Struggle
Dear God everyone wants a title,
But with carnal minds, it doesn't come easy
As our faith is very little
Mostly all we do is just to prattle,
Yet our lives move shuttle-wise!
When we reach a rough angle,
We hold on to the Bible!
Its sad that we are familiar with Genesis and Revelation,
The rest of the testaments are a challenge!
Like a soaring eagle,
Destinations have to be reached,
The devil's encroachment deletes the messages preached!
Stagnation takes the limelight, and...
We stumble all the way,stumble all the way,stumble all the way!
Echoes of our cries are heard in isolated dungeons..!
All we wanted was to nestle like pigeons!
Yet we fastened our lives with toggles
Ending up in captivity while seeking prosperity.
My dear put on the armour of God,
The feeling is calm and gentle,
Rid off the carnal mind and enrol in his castle!
The devil roars and misleads,
We dance to his growls and misread
Precious lives get destroyed
Only dedicated minds in serene fortresses are saved because Christ rose...
He rose to save me and you!
But we ran short of God's glory.
Rise up carry your own cross,
Seek first God's kingdom,
That's the only path to freedom!
But remember,
There is no rising up without a challenge.
