No One To Pick Me Up

When I fell I had no one to pick me up
There wasn't a nurse to heal my wounds or fix my cuts
I didn't even have anyone wish me luck
When I fell I had no one to pick me up

born into a lonely world never had a person by my side
I can smile but is it enough to hide the hurting in my eyes?
I've hid my emotions for so long I've been working with a disguse
Still lost in the maze and searching for the prize

I've been at my worst but I always find a way to make it through
Heart shattered in pieces because of the girl I gave it too
I don't hate her for it, I just don't like her much right now
I was a king until she broke my heart and took my crown

I went into love not knowing I could get killed
Cupid shot me and Blood got spilled
These days people throw their feelings away
Before they even understand how love gets built

Bloody clothes with open wounds that need tender loving care
I crashed a hundred times, I'm just trying to repair
I never had a nurse to fix my cuts
When I was down I had no one to pick me up
