No One Like You...

Sometimes when I'm with you I begin to slightly close my eyes.... and then open them to make sure that you are still there, and when I reach out to touch you that I'm not grabbing for air. God answered my prayer, it may have taken some years but now the only tears that I shed are no longer caused by fear.... only happiness because you're here. He made you like no other you're one of a kind not only are you beautiful on the outside but so much is your mind.... comforting is your voice, as sweet as your touch I never thought that I could have so much. When I look into your eyes I see a child deep within that's longing to be loved but finds it so hard to trust or just for once to give in... love what's love? Well it doesn't happen over night, and there's no such thing as true love at first site.... and the first one may not be right. Sometimes you hurt, you're in so much pain sometimes you feel like you have nothing to gain... and when you cry those first tears believe me you're not conquering the worst of your fears... there's so much more yet to come. You sometimes can see that it's meant to be when you've made it through the hard times and are praying for the good times... and still have one another by your side and sometimes it may be hard but you'll have to swallow your pride... the things that love will make you do. I know that both you and I are one of a kind, and that you're so scared to fall in love.... don't worry I have all the patients in the world because I know that the day that you let me in will be the day that you'll never regret... I'll be the girl that you'll never forget...
