No Matter How Many Times

No matter how many times
Your heart is shattered
Like a broken mirror with
Reflections of love cracked

No matter how many times
Dreams fall like a heavy rock
Sinking in the dismal depths
Of dark hidden water holes

No matter how many losses
Endlessly plague your life or 
How many empty roads
You have walked all alone

Never give up
Who you are
What you dream

Each moment you believe 
Brings you to the next in life
Ready for you to fully live
In all the special ways
That you know how to do
With every breath of fresh air
Left waiting, for your smile
For you to breathe right now,
 ----------Just breathe ---------
