Night Flowers
lookers on watch in delight
as they light up the night
a bloom of fire
mirroring our desire
forgetting our trials
bringing children smiles
for one night they bloom
needing fingers fit for a loom
as they paint the sky
and are set to fly
i watch for the roof of work
as they sky lights up with fireworks
