NEW YEAR WITH GOD'S LOVE
With God’s assurance
New year comes
bringing victory
midst hope, peace and love
reigning by His grace
against pain
woes, sorrow, doubt, fear
along faith
in the Lord Who cares
granting provisions
answering prayers
directing steps*
by His truth
guidance, wisdom, light
always ready to
save, shield, satisfy
souls trusting His heart
which I can affirm
as His child
gratefully praise-filled.
*Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
