New World Wishes

If God were to recreate the Earth
He might look back through history
     And make changes, consider three

All children would be conceived in love
     Neglect is suffered shamefully
     Too many scarred by poverty

Skin color would not be criteria
     For measuring man’s potential
     Racial divides? Nonessential

Joy would reign in everyone’s life
Earth’s bounty would be shared by all
Blissful spirits would fill each hall

These three may providing a launching pad
To make our world a better place
And man would revel in God’s grace

Carolyn, I found this one just now, a recent one I somehow missed. These truly are the best wishes one could wish in this world. Very lovely! andrea ps. Wouldn't it be funny if Russel's evil plans actually worked? But nobody would vote for him, just like before?? And we could see him cry all over again on national tv. I hope to see that!(can you believe how he blatantly flirts with "poverty" and his own wife is at home seeing it on tv?)

This is really beautiful Carolyn :) I sure do wish these would come true--very meaning "new world wishes" indeed! Wish you the best in the contest :)

I believe that was exactly His intention from the very beginning. He created man in His image, free to be co-creators with Him. Would He do it again? I'm sure he would. Perhaps we should align ourselves with His vision which you depicted wonderfully here in this write, Carolyn, and a new world could come about. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and thank you for your great comments on mine today. Best wishes, Caroline.

Like the evolution of man, this may, if it ever comes, be a matter of a million years. What is wonderful is that you put it out there for people to think about. Love, Dave
