Paula Goldsmith Poet Acrostic

New Beginnings

New Year's starts after all the holidays.                                               
Exercise is good for me and you but I am skipping Sunday's.                                                                          We are not exercising today and going to Subway.                               


Being good on a diet can be just a crazy haze.                                         
Energy why did you take off in a blaze.                                                     
Going with small meals puts me in a daze.                                                                  
In life does this really pay.                                                            
No grass to graze.                                                                         
Not doing any relays.                                                                                                                                 
I  stuck with this diet for a week and I am amazed.                         
No more dieting I want some s'mores.                                           
Going to have a sandwich with real mayonnaise.                              
Sounds like this was all just a phase.

I constantly count calories (for over 50 years now) and it's the only way to keep oneself in check. I enjoyed your focus on diet, Paula. Always love reading about foods and diets.
