Never Go Back

Never Go Back Was walking along my way Looking for some place to stay Searching beside railroad track Clickety-clack said never go back. Away I had run to hide Heart was hurting so inside For long way started to go But still did love her so. I will not ever again be happy She meant very much to me Ran away forever and has gone Don't know what train she's on. She really had a lot of nerve And this I never did deserve Went down endless railroad track Clickety-clack said never go back. James Thomas Horn, Retired Veteran
