Never Did

even if you think
the odds for so
many years apart
i raised two kids

both from the age
of ten often thinking
i could do it again
because it was never

a together thing that
both she and me
could say baby
look what we

made
so they
can say they
weren't my genes

and so i
make no claim
for giving them any
thing other then love and

a figure they
equally could hate
creativity one girl and
one boy on the impressions

i
left
behind
