early morning’s moon hovers high above Loch Ness in a clouded sky. . . caught in its light is a sight too swan-like for a monster Dec. 26, 2017 for the Loch Ness Contest of Thvia Shetley

Haunting poem! I think there is something to the Loch Ness tale - maybe the last surviving dinosaur? Good luck in the contest! Peace & Love Matthew Anish

Such a peaceful setting. Poor Nessie, only a monster when viewed by another species ;) Enjoyed!

You must mean Marlena Dietrich. It is very improbable. First, because this is my husband's last name . I am a Miller descended mostly from the British Isles. Second, it's not even my husband's last name. He was adopted by his stepfather. Joe was actually a Workman!! That could have ended up being my last name. I do not like that sound: Andrea Workman!

Wow Andrea, you did really great on this one. I imagine there very well could exist a Nessie from the many sightings! I think this will do well. Looking forward to a New Year! : )
