Nefarious Knight

Young girls, beware of purple flowers, once white. Unbeknownst to you, nefarious knight may draw flower's nectar, dab your sleeping eyes, and as new day dawns, cajole you with lies. A sincere congratulations on your 10th Place win in the Rithimus Divisa 3 Poetry Contest, Reason - this was such a tough one to judge, with so many wonderful writes, that it came down to small things in the end. Many kind thanks for submitting, and especially for your patience - this is a gem to be proud of! Blessings, My Friend! - the bard

thank you, Gregory the Bard, I have been wondering if you'd forgotten about this one. What's time? Retirement has brought a new appreciation of each day. During the shutdown, I often forgot what day it was.

Thank you so much. Wish I understood Shakespeare without Cliff Notes. I did enjoy what I read about Midsummer Nights Dream. Appreciate your time and energy.
