Needing a Weekend's Rest

The city-square glints wondrously its dome of velvet, glass, and bulbs Ignites through picture window frames; axiomatic the marquee … where dwellers prance along the lanes each one bestowing gentle nods in altruistic reverence; like gentle keepers of the night beneath a moonlit canopy: While huddled in a show's debut, they all absorb romantic whims on one Friday needing mild rest… that onstage life grants fantasy to claim man’s asseveration.
