Need
Love and light is our need,
bereft of which, we’re lost.
How then may we reclaim
God’s essence that’s within,
in our earth life end game?
Love and light is our need.
Hark how heart calls to life!
Let’s ignite love’s incense,
which simply stated means,
sparking soul’s effulgence.
Love and light is our need,
so why waste further time?
To feel here now complete,
gentle thought flow, be still,
that heart be bliss replete.
Love and light is our need,
healing wounds of our past.
Once tremulous heart thaws,
silence restores God’s light,
seen in the gap, the pause.
