Hi Sara, my deepest thanks for you stopping by and visiting my Navy SEALS monoku. They are my honored shipmates. I was in the Navy two years, my late husband was in eight years. Neither of us went to war, we served while the Cold War was still going on during President Reagan's administration years. I have read your reply about my comment on your stellar poem, and your husband's knee surgeries. I will be looking into non-surgical options. xx
