Native American Lore- 'Mother Earth, Sister Moon'

Listen to poem:
NATIVE AMERICAN LORE Mother Earth, Sister Moon Noble nomads of their legend lands Who praise all life with sacred sands Oh Mother Earth who they protect And wilfully warn all of our neglect They sing and dance with Sister Moon As the children laugh with great attune Spirits of the rocks and plants give a listen While the seeding stars above gladly glisten Of perpetually profound wisdom they do speak Our sisters and brothers their love we do seek The journey of Man will decadently decrease Until we listen to the Elders of ‘The First Peace’. Poem between images is a quote from an American Native Elder... A lovely lore, WW:) the natives always live harmoniously with nature, but sometimes worship nature rather than the Creator who made it.

Inclusively we live ... beautifully soothing music ... the flute and drum ... somewhere a close similarity with our tribal music ... may be of the same origin ... enjoyed so much ...

Our world a united whole is governed by a great spirit that, as you say my friend, makes us all brothers and sisters with the rest of the animated and the inanimated world. If only we could all be inspired by this great truth how different our world could be. Glorious writnig dear WW! world

This one is a keeper! Going into my Crane-Bag! I have an ancient Indian spirit guide I call Smottabu! He exists in a cave in a mountain somewhere! I can never understand his words but somehow the message always comes across spiritually! Love the images by the way! Oh, I just saw this is for a contest! GL, ^WW^

Wise words eloquently laid. And that white wolf painting reminds me so of my late beast "Asteroid", my favourite picture of her pretty much that exact composition; your animation bringing tears to my eyes. Thank you! xomo
